The Chicago Cubs Cookbook sold out its first print run in one week the summer of 2010. This shoot was put together rather quickly and the players and staff were a real pleasure to work with. The last piece of the puzzle was getting Ryan Dempster to wear the chef hat and do the "bon appetit" pose. After the shoot I created a composite cover with the individual player shots to make this really come to life. The final product is a 144 page cookbook with all the proceeds to benefit the Ryan and Jenny Dempster Family Foundation.
